I am an IB student in Grade 11 at West Vancouver Secondary School. I moved to Vancouver, Canada, in Grade 9 and have played the piano since the age of four. By nine, I had passed the China Conservatory of Music’s Piano Level 10 and won multiple national awards. 

However, these achievements do not define my passion for music. While I have a strong foundation in classical piano, I have a greater passion for modern music and aspire to blend my instrument with contemporary styles to develop a unique musical voice.

This concept goes past mere self performances; it is an opportunity to make a difference. I hope to use this event to raise funds for WVSS’s SSP program, ensuring that children with special needs have access to music programs that can support their growth and creativity.

我是 西温中学 11 年级的 IB 学生，9 年级来到加拿大温哥华。从 4 岁开始学习钢琴，并在 9 岁时通过 中国音乐学院钢琴 10 级，同时获得多个全国级奖项。

然而，这些成就并不能完全定义我对音乐的热爱。虽然我有扎实的古典钢琴基础，但我对现代音乐有更强烈的热情，并希望将钢琴与当代风格融合，创造出独特的音乐表达。

这次音乐会不仅仅是一次个人演出，它更是一个能够带来改变的机会。我希望借此活动为 西温中学 的 特殊儿童项目 筹集善款，帮助特殊儿童获得接触音乐的机会，让他们在音乐的世界中成长，激发创造力。
